Welcome to Valley High School, Home of the Falcons!

Valley High School is proud to be the only California Designated Community School in Santa Ana. As a collaborative hub, we bring together educators, families, and community partners to support the 'whole child.' Our approach extends beyond academics by providing integrated services to ensure every student feels valued, supported, and prepared to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Valley offers a full "academy" model where students are grouped in one of 7 Small Learning Communities:  Culinary Arts, Health Care (Medical/Dental), Automotive, New Media Arts, Global Business, Engineering, and the Anteater Academy (AP focus).  These Small Learning Communities provide an opportunity for students to work with a small cohort of teachers and students which provides a small-school settings in the larger school community. In addition, students are provided opportunities for cross-disciplinary integrated curriculum.

Valley High School partners with our SAUSD Career and Technical Education Department and the non-profit organization, High School Inc. to provide opportunities including work-based learning,  industry certification, mentorships, internships, competitions, and much more.

Students will experience all of this at Valley in addition to everything a comprehensive high school has to offer including athletics, clubs, and community.
